
In order to establish the Singita Grumeti Reserve, American philanthropist Paul Tudor Jones purchased a 350,000-acre parcel of land in Tanzania in 2003. The reserve is today a thriving sanctuary for wildlife and a popular luxury travel destination. Through initiatives for community development, education, and job creation, the project has benefited the neighborhood.
